Kritters and Fins Pet Shop is a  family* owned and operated business. We understand that sometimes pet owners are not able to keep their pets. For our customers we offer to adopt your Kritters and Fins pets and find them a new home. Our goal is to make sure Kritters and Fins' pets are not left homeless or a burden on the local animal shelter.

Freshwater Fish Policy

Kritters and Fins Pet Shop guarantee our freshwater fish for 24 hours after purchase.

For a replacement fish; the body of the fish is needed, receipt, and a separate water sample. If the water sample tests within normal limits then the fish will be replaced once. We cannot guarantee compatibility as well. We take pride in our freshwater selection and we hope you find what you are looking for.

Small Animal and Exotics Policy

Due to the sensitivity and unpredictability of our exotics, fish, birds, rodents and reptiles, Kritters and Fins Pet Shop ask that you inspect and carefully make your selection. All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. We take pride in our selection and hope that you find everything that you need.
