This Raw food is an excellent addition to your pet’s regular diet.
Info On The Company :
Robynne’s Raw Pet Food uses local ingredients and is minimally processed in Victoria, BC.
Our intention is to provide a healthy and tasty alternative to kibble,
allowing animals the ability to get back to their roots.
The raw diet is formulated to enable pets to eat the food nature intended;
raw natural food that is straight from the neighbourhood they live in.
Just like processed food is not so healthy for humans to eat on a daily basis,
why would we feel that it would be optimal for our pets to eat everyday?
General ingredients:
The meats used are beef lamb and turkey (organs, meats, and fats) grass fed and hormone free.
The vegetables are seasonal so they vary .
The grains alternate between rice oatmeal and quinoa (the only cooked ingredients in the food).
Herbs are generally variations of; nettles, kelp, alfalfa, chickweed, garlic, and dandelion leaves
Feeding information:
In general, feed your pet 3% of their weight daily; overweight dogs, feed 2-2.5%/ day; puppies and nursing moms; 4-5%/day.
Feel free to add certain things to your pet’s raw food if they are finicky eaters,
such as, plain yogurt, or cod liver oil/herring oil (especially for cats).
Just be careful when giving them to your pets and give half the required dose for adults (medium to large dogs)
and ¼ the dose for (small dogs and cats).
If your dog is eating only raw food, giving them a bone to chew on to keep their teeth healthy is a good idea.
