And this is a special note to those of you who call the SPCA to make a unjustified complaints...again...
Although the store is still "under construction" ;
We work every single day trying to make a difference.
We are not a typical chain pet shop
(NOW KRITTERS AND FINS IS A BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS)
It would be nice that after so much hard work and helping everyone with their animals even if they were purchased in another store...and so many other stories, people would give us a little more credit.
And if you need me to clarify:
"We would never leave our babies alone unattended for extended periods of time.
We are taking care of them...and we are doing a good job."
And...if you think our job is "easy" and you think you'd do it better...
I invite you to volunteer to learn for yourself how much dedication, time and effort it takes to turn a regular pet shop...into a place like Kritters And Fins!
Kritters And Fins' personal words :
"We might not be a super massive corporation with tons of money, or pallet-loads of product and fancy air conditioning, and great decoration, with all the tanks perfectly symmetric and so on. But I go to bed at night knowing that nobody loves and cares for those animals the way we do; they are our first priority".
We know sometimes we are not opening 10:30 am sharp, please have a little bit of patience, we are both riding our bikes so if outside is really cold or really hot...or something... sometimes we take a little bit longer :)
But we promise we will open our store and welcome you with a huge smile!
